Vanessa and I thought we would write you a letter to say thanks for the stunning work you do for us when minding Baxter and Milo!

It is really quite a treat to be able to go on a business trip or even on a long holiday knowing that the pups are being looked after. Actually looked after is the wrong phrase. Treated is more like it! Your passion for your business and your furry clients has stood out miles above the rest and this, together with the small things you do make leaving  our children in your care so easy. It is evident when we return that the doggies have enjoyed their time spent with you both.

Your report cards are a superb touch and it is wonderful reading how good (or bad!) the pups have been while we were away. The extra effort you put in, such as collecting post, turning on and off lights and closing and opening curtains and even buying us milk before we arrive home shows how much you love what you do.

We trust that your business will continue to grow and the babies and us look forward to many more visits!

Just a big thankyou for doing such a good job looking after Custo when i was away! When i came back she acted pretty much like I had not been away at all! So that was quite cool, knowing she was in good hands when I was gone.

Just wanted to say thank you as always for looking after our furry boys! I'm sure that they enjoyed seeing you each day. You take the stress out of going away!!

My name is Kim and I am an International Flight Attendant. In March I adopted a very timid, mistreated and abandoned cat named Willow. Because of my job I am overseas for about half the month. I had decided to use catteries when I was away. After seeing how stressed poor puss got in the car I decided this wasn’t a terribly good option after all. At the vet one day I saw a card all about Pet Company and gave Suzy a call.

On their first meeting, Willow sat wide-eyed staring at Suzy until she couldn’t handle it anymore and promptly disappeared behind the sofa! I was unsure how she would cope having Suzy visit – I needn’t have worried!

To cut a long story short, Willow and Suzy have become great friends and I go away totally confident that Willow is in the best of care. I’ve been so impressed with Suzy’s genuine, loving concern that she has for my darling. The fact that Willow now welcomes her visits are testament to her relaxed style of care.

Willow is an incredibly gentle, loving cat. I really think she deserves the best care I can give her and I know she has just that with Pet Company.

What a great service!

I was impressed by the attention to detail of the initial consultation. I liked that "Pet Company" cared about the individual likes and dislikes of my 2 quite different cats.

My cats find the car journey to the cattery quite stressful, so enabling them to stay home was a bonus.

I also never want to bother friends, disrupting their weekend to come over and feed them. This way I know they'll have a visit and even a game or two with their favourite feather duster!!

Well done to Pet Company!

I used to hate it when mum and dad went away. The thought of going into the cattery used to terrify me, all those young whipper-snappers chasing each other around, playing cat and mouse, batting me on the head and disturbing my beauty sleep (I am 18 human years old you know!!). But now I don’t mind it any more because Pet Company comes to my house to feed me twice a day! They even take the time to give me a bit of a scratch under my chin and behind my ears (my favourite place!!!) Mum and dad feel really happy going away now knowing that I am happy as Larry tucked up in my own favourite spot, on their bed of course. When they get back they even get to read what I have been up to on the daily report sheet that Pet Company fills in every time they visit. It does mean that I have to behave myself though! So for all of you cats out there that dread that trip to the cattery, tell your parents to call Pet Company, and then you can enjoy your own private holiday too - in your own home!

We recently had a major dilemma at our Hillside retreat
Off overseas and no-one to give the cat his meat
Or give a cuddle or a razz
Our cat Bear was about to throw a big spaz

The story was looking like "The Cat in the Flat" but all on his tod
There were no answers apart from evicting the sod
Quite tough to do to a member of the clan
Especially when the wife is Bear’s number 1 fan

Then a bolt from the blue or somewhere quite Green
Came an answer that we looked for, but we just hadn’t seen
There’s a company whose company business is company
This is sounding very Dr Suess –ish I know…but it’s written by me

Yes, we found a friend of a friend who’s got the answers you see
And the only answer is PET Company

We ditched the cat and off to the sun
5 days later came home after having some fun
To find Bear as happy as muck, didn’t want to know us
PET Company has pampered and made quite a fuss

Bear was fed, watered, and was allowed to watch TV
He played on the Internet, some pussy sites he did see
He slept on every couch, rug, chair and the bed
He probably slept in any place he could rest his head

He had nothing but nice, wonderful, amazing things to say
The week had flown past as quick as a day
You know I don’t think he had even noticed us gone
Pet Company had really laid it all on

And as we supped tea, made with milk fresh from the fridge
Looked at Bear after a week of privilege
Things aren’t quite the same at our Hillside retreat
He’s a different cat, the change amazing, quite neat

So make sure you find a friend of a friend who’s got the answers you see
Give your pet some real loving and security
And make sure that answer is PET COMPANY
